NB Missed appointments and late cancellations (less than 24 hours notice given) are subject to a fee of £10
Appointments not paid
for on the day (and subsequently invoiced) will be subject to an administration
fee of £3.00.
Payment methods:
To keep our prices as low as possible, S1 Chiropractic does not have
credit/debit card facilities. We accept cash or cheque with a valid guarantee
card only. Receipts for treatment fees are issued upon request. Payment is due
on the day of the visit.
Insurance:
S1 Chiropractic is registered with most health insurance
companies such as AXA-PPP, Westfield, Simply Health (formerly known as HSA), WPA, Aviva (formerly known as Norwich Union) and Standard Life.
If you have health insurance, please ensure that you inform the Chiropractor of
your policy details at your initial consultation. Some companies require a GP
referral prior to consultation with the Chiropractor; please check the terms of
your policy accordingly.

If required, additional supports and braces can be ordered in from our supply company. Prices vary according to the order; please ask your Chiropractor for further information.
Medical reports, if required, are charged at £50 per hour.
Copies of medical records (includes p & p plus admin fee) are charged at a flat fee of £35**
**in accordance with data protection act.
